Input

Load a short MP4 or WebM clip. The first frame becomes the live preview for framing and color tuning.

  • Start with 6 to 10 FPS for motion clips.
  • Tighter crops and higher contrast usually read better in mosaic form.
  • Renders are capped to 300 frames for this MVP to keep memory reasonable.

Framing And Output

Set the mosaic size, aspect, crop zoom, and output cadence. The crop overlay updates on the first frame.

Palette And Look

Use a consistent Lego palette across the whole clip. Dithering is optional, but off is usually steadier.

Preview

The left preview shows the full first frame with the crop overlay. The right preview shows the Lego result.

WebM and MP4 availability depends on the browser’s `MediaRecorder` support. When ZIP support is available, the project package includes instructions, piece lists, and JSON data for custom pipelines.
